According to Anna Butler with the Dallas Business Journal, XS Construction has been contracted to build the new steel-framed 58,000 sq ft headquarters for Republic Finance in Plano, TX. The new headquarters will be located at 8428 Parkwood Boulevard and is being developed by Wynmark Commercial and Buttry & Brown Development. Mohr Partners managing principal and shareholder Eric Beichler, along with managing director Trent Smith, represented Republic Finance in the transaction. O’Brien Architects is served as the architect for the new headquarters.
