Eligibility included oversight of a construction site, including vendors/subcontractors with a location within one of the following counties: Collin, Cooke, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Grayson, Hill, Johnson, Kaufman, McLennan, Navarro, Parker, Rockwall, Tarrant, and Wise.
